Introduction

The Saramonic Vmic5 Pro is a super-cardioid on-camera condenser shotgun microphone. Its super-cardioid pickup pattern focuses on the sounds in front while still offering a high level of rear rejection, providing broadcast-quality audio to DSLR, Mirrorless and Video Cameras. The Vmic5 Pro features an output level control (-10dB, 0dB, +20dB), a high-pass filter (0/75/150Hz) and a high frequency boost (+5db) to increase intelligibility of dialogue. 2-Stage High-Pass Filter is designed to cut out the noise generated by air conditioning, traffic, and other undesirable low-frequency interference. 3-Level Gain Control allows the user to change the sensitivity of the microphone, making it suitable for different environments.
